Vi har en mycket fin lägenhet med härlig balkong. Lugnt läge trots närheten till Linnégatans härliga utbud av restauranger, barer och butiker. Ligger nära Slottsskogen. Buss 61 går alldeles utanför fönstret.Obs! På ritningen står det allrum men det är ett riktigt sovrum. Det är en 4:a.Vi söker helst en 5:a men en 4:a kan vara intresserat om den går att göra till en 5:a.
