Jag och min Trettonåring bor i en mysig etta mitt i centrala Kålltorp. Hyran är låg 4100 kronor per månad. Vi har trivts mycket bra i 9 år, men nu behöver vi ett rum till. Lägenheten är på 39 kvadratmeter och ligger nära butiker caféer och restauranger. Det är 1 minuts gångväg till både buss och spårvagnar i olika riktningar in till centrala Göteborg. Vi önskar snarast få till ett byte inom områdena Kålltorp, Bagaregården, Lunden, Strömmensberg, Olskroken, mm. Vi kan sträcka oss till en maxhyra på 8000 kronor.
