På grund av provsamboende söker jag nu hyresgäst till min lilla lgh på 22 kvm. Den ligger i Sköndal i Stockholm. Fina badplatser och promenadstråk finns en kort bit från lägenheten. Det finns också två matbutiker och andra bekvämligheter mycket nära.

Lägenheten ligger högst upp i huset, har sovalkov och nyrenoverat badrum. Den hyrs ut möblerad. El och internet ingår i hyran. I framtiden planerar jag att sälja bostaden. Det finns parkering i området som är kostnadsfri.

Från busstationen som ligger precis utanför huset så tar man sig till Gullmarsplan på runt 10 minuter.
