Huset har en öppen planlösning med rymliga ytor och en stor trädgård både fram- och baksida. Det finns gott om parkeringsplatser samt en praktisk carport. Bostaden erbjuder två badrum, ett på ovanvåningen och ett på bottenplan. Dessutom finns ett inglasat uterum samt ett vackert orangeri perfekt för att odla grönsaker och växter. Buss och tågförbindelser nära till både Malmö och lund, men även till Köpenhamn.

Hyresgästen står för el och värme, som inte ingår i hyran. Alla möbler på bilderna kommer inte finns under uthyrningen.
Huset hyrs ut på grund av en längre utlandsresa. Inflyttnings datum är flexibelt efter överenskommelse.

The house features an open floor plan with spacious interiors and a large garden at both the front and back. There is ample parking space, including a practical carport. The property includes two bathrooms, one on the upper floor and one on the ground floor. Additionally, there is a lovely enclosed patio and a beautiful orangery, perfect for growing vegetables and plants. Bus and train connections are conveniently located for travel to Malmö, Lund, and Copenhagen.

Electricity and heating are not included in the rent. Not all furniture in the pictures will be included during the rental.
The house is being rented out due to an extended trip abroad. The move-in date is flexible and can be arranged.
