Hej!Guled & Erika här!Då vi har fått en förändrad livssituation senaste året med både jobb och resor utomlands m.m så är det dags för oss att downsize:a vårt boende i Stockholm. Vi är nu ute efter någon form av mindre boende vi kan bo i under kortare perioder i Stockholm.Därför vi gärna vill byta ut våran permanenta bostad denna nyproducerade två:a med 14 m2 balkong i det nya området Sundbypark/Sundbyberg. Till en mindre lägenhet som kan agera övernattningslägenhet för oss under perioden vi kommer resa och jobba på annan ort.Den 55 m2 stora lägenheten har dessutom tvättmaskin, torktumlare och inbyggd diskmaskin och Mickrovågsugn.Lägenheten är belägen vid en knytpunkt där man har 5 min till ett av Stockholms största friluftsområden, (Ursvik/Järvafältet)20 min gång till Mall of Scandinavia och 5 min till Hallonbergens - Resecentrum med möjligheter till bussar och tunnelbanestation som tar dig till T-centralen på 12 min.Har ni några frågor/funderingar är det bara att hojta i chatten så kan vi ta ytterligare detaljer där.//Guled & Erika
